- Scope and Contentto wife Anne for life 4 freehold messuages in Dunstable of which two are in Watling Street adjoining the Free School, and in the occupation of (blank) Goodwin and (blank) Holliday; and two in Church End in the occupation of Gabriel Saunders and William Norman; after Anne’s death, the first two go to niece Luce Clift, who lives with testator; the others to nephew Thomas Moreton; to nephew Thomas Moreton silver 2-handled cup marked “T.M.”; to trustees Thomas Groome esquire, and James Grant, currier, both of Dunstable, residue of estate for use of wife Anne; on her death, to niece Luce, who is asked to help Anne in the shop; Witnesses: John Kitchen, William Kitchen, Reuben Kilburne.
