    -- monetary bequests to daughters Sarah, Mary, Elizabeth, wife of James King and to son William Bell. -- to son William Bell two plots of land in Wood End, Pertenhall and cottage in one, and allotment adjoining, abutting on Riesely turnpike road (until son John Isaac Bell is of age) -- Messuage now divided and occupied as 3 tenements, Old Weston, Huntingdonshire purchased together with the Wold. Messuage with bakehouse, Old Weston, late conveyed to Isaac Bell by Mary Pashler, and pightle at Town End near the Church, late in the occupation of James King to son James King and wife Elizabeth -- close with coppice (20 acres) called the Wold, to son William Bell -- 6 acres 2 roods 34 perches adjoining Kimbolton Park, and half hovel adjoining, to son George Bell. -- close in Pertenhall (7 acres 1 rood 29 perches) adjoining above, with half hovel and right of way to son Joseph Bell. £411.7s.0d. due from bankrupt Messrs. Rix, Gotham and Inkersole, St. Neots, bankers, to be equally divided among all the children. residue of estate to George Bell. Executors George and Joseph Bell. 25 March 1826. Codicil revoking grant of residue of estate. Witnesses: William Day, junior (St. Neots), George Seaton, (Newtown, labourer), Thomas Brown (Stonely, shepherd),Henry Walker, junior Pertenhall 15 September 1826. Note; testator died September 1827.
