-- to wife Sarah, 2 messuages with yard, garden, orchard and outbuilding, in the occupation of self and son Thomas Walker for life, then the messuage in the occupation of Thomas Walker and yard on south side and half garden on north side to son Thomas subject to annuity of ten shillings to daughter Mary Walker. -- messuage in which he dwells and rest of yard etc. to son William Walker after decease of wife Sarah, subject to annuity of £1.10s.0d. to daughter Mary. Executor wife Sarah. Witnesses: John Beedham, solicitor (Kimbolton), John Hollis, Simon Fowler Pertenhall.
