-- cottage in Wood End, Pertenhall, in the occupation of Robert Dawkes, abutting on land of Corpus College, Oxfordshire east and west, the common street south, a close late purchased with the cottage from the Reverend John King by Thomas Tyler separated from the cottage by a fence from the pond on west by the north end of a quick, to the east end of the close.
