“an exceptionally valuable freehold allotment of market garden ground called ´Longdale´, Biggleswade [4 acres 3 roods 15 perches] in occupation of F Gee and Sons on yearly Michaelmas tenancy at rental of £18 per annum (apportioned)
Right of cartway is reserved to this lot over the reserved roadway on W side of lots 2, 3 and 4 – purchaser to pay proportionate part of upkeep of roadway.
Lot 2
similar allotment called Longdale [5 acres 19 perches] in same occupation, on similar tenancy at same rent.
