Recites that 1 borrowed of 2. £100 in March 1730 on security of 2 copyhold closes which have since been found to have been mortgaged to William Goldsmith for £560. 1 therefore demises the following as security: 14 acres arable and 3 acres pasture 5 horses, 7 cows, 2 sows with their litters, 2 store pigs, 3 ewes with their lambs, 1 rick of beans and oats, parcel of wheat in the barn and in the straw, crop of wheat, barley, peas, beans and any other grain to be growing next harvest in 1's land
