    Will dated 7 June 1918 appoints wife Sarah Ann Hall, son Joseph Nathaniel Hall of Sandy, market gardener, nephew Alfred Hall of Eynesbury, Hunts, farmer and grandson Charles Frederick Hall of Cople, farmer to be executors and trustees. Bequests to: Alfred Hendry of Garden Villas, Sandy, clerk; Charles Frederick Hall; Alfred Hall. To trustees the following property: house and garden known as Sunny Mead, Bedford Road, Sandy; Hill Farm, Old North Road, Sandy; 10 acres arable land in Sandy known as Longfield; messuage and garden at Girtford, Sandy lately owned by John Odell and occupied by Frederick Crawley; two semi-detached villas in The Avenue, Sandy occupied by Miss Horwood and Attwood Huckle; two villas known as Chestnut Villas in Bedford Road, Sandy occupied by T Huckle and W H Salisbury; no.s 1 – 6 Gladstone Cottages in St Neots Road, Sandy. All rents, profits etc to wife Sarah Ann Hall. To Trustees five cottages in Sandhurst Road, Bedford, known as Duffield, The Cedars, Montford, Glen Rosa and Rose Villa to sell for the benefit of the Trustees of the building fund of Sandy Baptist Church towards the cost of erecting a new Baptist Sunday School. To son Joseph Nathaniel Hall semi detached villa known as Fair Lawn in Bedford Road, Sandy, with market garden or building land on The Avenue, Sandy. The mortgage owed from his son George Frederick Hall on property in College Road, Southend, Bedford if it is in existence at the time of decease be discharged. To trustees five cottages in St Neots Road, Sandy and land in Old North Road, Beeston, meadows and buildings at Girtford, land known as Lowlands, and fifteen shares in Sandy Gas Company upon trust for his daughter Eliza Ann Hall. Three codicils dated 7 June 1918, 1 April 1920 and 13 Sept 1921. Probate granted to Sarah Ann Hall, widow, Alfred Hall, nephew and Charles Frederick Hall, grandson.
