All furniture, silver jewellery, plated articles, glass, books, pictures and household effects to Louisa Charlotte Seeley, and all other estate to Trustees - £1100 to niece and adopted daughter Ellen Mary Edwards on her attaining 21 years of age. Rest to brother Albert Edwards of Burley, Wharfdale, Yorkshire and then to his children. Probate granted to John Edwards, brother of the deceased, one of the executors.
