Piece or parcel of ground part of Brook Field near Hanover Square on the North side of Brook Street containing at the South end or front and at the North end or rear 19 ft and in depth on the West and East sides 60 ft. with the messuage erected being the eleventh house westward in Brook Street and also the coach house and stables also erected and built behind the said messuage, now in tenure or occupation of William Farmbrough his under tenants or assigns.
