    (i) Dorothy Sharp, the Reverend John Gibberd of Whaddon, Berkshire, clerk and William Gibberd, executors of William Gibberd deceased. (ii) Daniel Lowe of St.James, Westminster, upholsterer. Piece or parcel of ground and messuage or tenement erected and built thereon on the South side of Piccadilly in the parish of St. James, Westminster abutting North on Piccadilly, South on a messuage or tenement in the occupation of Mr Grainger, and East on a messuage or tenement late in the occupation of Mr Fielder deceased and now of Mr Fowden; which said messuage contains in front or breadth next Piccadilly 18 ft. and in depth 80 ft.; Also a piece or parcel of ground next adjoining to the back part of the aforesaid premises towards the West containing in depth north to south 20 ft. and in breadth east to west 14 ft., all which late in the occupation of William Lowe deceased and now of Daniel Lowe.
