(ii) William Allen of St.George, Westminster, cowkeeper.
Piece or parcel of vacant ground being part of Brook Field near Hanover Square late in the parish of St. Martin’s in the Fields but now in the new parish of St. George, Hanover Square; lying and being behind houses and yards on the N side of Brook Street and adjoining S on those yards and fronting towards to the N on a certain new intended street of 30 ft. wide designed to be made to lead before and in the front of the ground hereby demised from Ay Brook westward into a certain new street called Davis Street; and which piece or parcel of ground contains in front next the new intended street 26 ft. 3 inches and in the rear 26 ft. 3 inches and in depth from N to S on the E side and the W side 40 ft., and which piece abuts E on vacant ground and part of a yard or house of office, S on the yards or gardens behind houses and the north side of Brook Street, and W on ground let or agreed to be let by Peter Metcalfe to James Terry - see also GA1084.
