    (i) Henry Langdon of Uxbridge, Middlesex, innholder and wife Mary, administrator of goods of Anne Lock late of Acton, deceased, and of will of Mary Peane late of Hammersmith deceased. (ii) Edward Newton, citizen and haberdasher of London and John Poulter of Monmouth Street, St. Giles in the Fields, Middlesex, cordwainer, executors of Nicholas Baker, upholder deceased. (iii) Bryan Payne of St. James Westminster, cornchandler. Piece or parcel of ground in or upon part of a certain field formerly called Pall Mall Field alias St. James’s Field late in the parish of St. Martin’s in the Fields and now in the new parish of St. James’s in the Liberty of Westminster in a certain street called Piccadilly or nigh the said street on the South side thereof upon which said piece or parcel of ground one messuage or tenement was then standing abutting East on lands or buildings then or late of [ ? ] Whitehead widow, West upon land or buildings then or later of Richard Feilder, North upon Piccadilly and South upon land or building then or late of [ ? ] Swift; containing in front towards Piccadilly 18 ft. 3 inches continuing at that breadth for 62 ft. where it is enlarged for 14 ft so that the said ground contains in breadth at the south end 32 ft. and the whole length thereof 83 ft. being then or late in the possession of [ ? ] Dissell - Recital of 1729. -- Recites assignment 8 March 1724/5, John Diserote gentleman and Mary Peane; will of Mary Peane, 19 November 1723, proved 1726; mortgage 17 January 1728, Ann Lock and Nicholas Baker. -- See also GA1084.
