    (i ) William Barlow of St Martins in the Fields, Middlesex, bricklayer. (ii ) William Austin of the same, carpenter. Piece or parcel of ground being part of the field or close called Brook Field near Hanover Square in the parish of St. Martin’s in the Fields; being on the North side of a certain new street there called or designed to be called Brook Street in St. Martin’s parish and fronting towards the South on Brook Street aforesaid and abutting and adjoining towards the West [with]…other ground there [of]…the said William Barlow and a messuage or tenement thereupon built by him the said William Barlow leased to William Austin by indenture bearing equal date herewith, towards the North on other ground of the said William Barlow (which said ground on the north together with other ground adjoining to the north end of the ground and buildings above mentioned to lie on the West side of the ground hereby demised was leased by Ralph Harrison, gentleman and Thomas Barlow, carpenter to William Barlow by indenture of 28th August last) and towards the East on ground of the said Lady Grosvenor and a messuage or tenement thereupon built by William Head carpenter and leased to him by indenture of 30th July last; which said piece or parcel of ground hereby demised contains in breadth at the South end or front and also at the North end or rear 19ft and in depth on the West side and also on the East side 60 ft. as the said piece or parcel is more plainly described in the margin of this indenture; together with the said messuage or tenement erected and built on the said piece or parcel of ground hereby demised fronting Brook Street aforesaid (being the eleventh house westward (from Ay Brook) on the north said of the said street) - see also GA1084.
