    Magistrates: CC Beaty Pownall, George P Livius. 21 prisoners in custody. The Transports are not yet sent to Millbank, one of the four for whom the last order was sent down to be removed was placed on Wednesday in the itchy bay and dressed with sulphur dressing. No order haas been received respecting the other 2 convicts - it is ordered that the 5 convicts for whose removal the order was received on Saturday week last, be removed to Millbank. The Governor reports that two prisoners for trial Jacob Hull, committed for stealing a bucket, and George Garret for stealing wire were fighting in the yard this morning - for which the Governor will confine each in the refractory for three hours separately. JOhn Surman Austin was this day bailed out, he having entered into the requirement ordered in the warrant of commitment.
