Arranged under the headings of individual tenants, showing which closes and new allotments were let to which tenant; information that can not be gained from Enclosure Map or Award. It schedules the old inclosures in the parish at the time of inclosure. This document is a particular of the estate belonging to Francis Pym and although undated is watermarked 1799 and self-evidently contemporary with the process of inclosure. The old inclosures depicted on the plan accompanying the Award are not scheduled in it, but the numbers of the old enclosures tie up with the Enclosure Map MA14/1 and 2 with which this document should be used). Subsequent additions with names of new tenants to purchase in 1823 of Hawksbury closes (2242R28P) from Mrs Ongley and Sales of garden ground.
