Magistrates: John Harvey, George P Livius, C C Beaty Pownall, WIlliam Shove Chalk 27 prisoners in custody. One male prisoner Joseph Woodcraft being refractory was placed in the refractory for 8 hours, his offence was throwing stones into the front court. Five of the prisoners are committed for offences in the town - 3 for trial two convicted. No illness.
