No.1 Yard 5 for trial No.2 Yard 5 for trial No. 3 Yard 9 convicted including Transports No.4 Yard 7 females (6 for trial, 1 convicted) No.5 Yard 6 for want of sureties. No.6 Yard 2 debtors This classification is contrary to the prison rules, but there is no alternative owing to the inefficient construction of the prison. The number of prisoners in the corresponding period last year was 12. The conduct of the prisoners is reported orderly by the gaoler with the exception of Eli Minnard (committed for want of sureties) he behaved improperly during divine service yesterday and was confined to his cell during the afternoon.
