Magistrates: C C Beaty Pownall. 24 prisoners in custody. There are three prisoners on the surgeon's list - Philip Stapleton (dangerously ill from typhus fever) who is in the Gaol Infirmary, James Woodcraft a debtor and WIlliam Smith - the two latter labouring inder slight indispositions as apparent from the journal. Conduct orderly.
