    1) will grant building leases of plots of land situated on side of road from Potton to Everton up to a total of 20 plots in all – plots to have a frontage of 66 ft to road and depth of 220 ft for 10 years after Agreement is signed on receipt of written request from 2) 2) leases shall reserve a £3 per annum per plot ground rent and be for 99 years, and shall provide for layouts and ground plans being approved by the Landlord. Landlord will compensate agricultural tenant and give vacant possession within one month of request from tenant. (but not before 1 February 1937) From 1 August 1936 landlord will let to the tenant 9 acres of land near to Potton-Everton Road for 5 years at rent of £18 per annum If tenant requests landlord before 1 February 1941 to let him said land or any further land for a further 5 yeara at same rent. At any time during the tenancy or extended tenancy landlord will let at the tenant’s request 20 acres of land in 2 acre plots and also fronting onto same Road at same rent per annum. To repay capital expended by the landlord up to £350 and 5% balance outstanding. To maintain roadway Not to assign or sublet without permission of the landlord, nor use land for any purpose other than rearing of chickens without written permission of the landlord. Landlord agrees will lay necessary pipes to afford a water supply to land on roadway marked A-B and make up roadway to carry 7 ton lorry.
