- Scope and ContentTo settle difficulties arising between Mary Bletsoe of Harrold, widow of John Bletsoe deceased, John Bletsoe of Harold yeoman, son and heir of John deceased, and Robert Bletsoe of Harold yeoman, son and executor of deceased. Mary is to convey to John a messuage or farmhouse in Harrold in which they now dwell, and the lands belonging, except Little Santon's close, provided he pays her and her mother Elizabeth Cockman £10 per annum and £15 per annum after death of Elizabeth Cockman. Mary and John to convey to Robert Little Santon's close, messuage called Boxtree House, tenancy adjoining and 12 acres of land. John is to bear the cost of bonds with Francis Brace of Bedford gentleman and Uriah Bithwray of Carlton, horsecourser: to pay remaining legacies under of will of John Bletsoe deceased; and is to have all the crops and stock on the lands now belonging to Robert.
