To second son Robert the other 1/2; after his mother's decease the whole property; the royalties and privilages aptg. to it. To daughter Alice Blott £40, and cottage in tenancy of Richard Ireland; after her death to son John. To daughter Joan £40. To son William tenancy now occupied by him, paying 2s. per annum to son Robert; after death to son John. To daughter Sarah Musgrove 10s. To son John Blott piece of land at Temple Hedge; 5 acres above New close, abutting Crabrook slade. To son William 20 nobles. Remainder to wife and son Robert, executors, and for their trouble 3s.4d. each. Witnesses: Thomas Holmes scrivenor, John Bruer.
