As aeroplanes get more and more numerous it is quite possible that they may not be much more of a nuisance in the future than say trains are today” Everton Heath “very suitable place for an aerodrome” damage to shooting O.K. “if properly paid for it” Hangars on far side an advantage. “in view of the experience that we have had in the last few years, I am not quite sure that a diminution of the market gardening land would not even be an advantage”. 30 Mar 1936 Draft letter, drafted by Pym for Preedy to write.
