Indictment - John Kidman of Everton, farmer, indicted John Page for trespassing on a piece of land in the occupation of Stephen Thornton in search of game on 6 November 1834 ; John Jefferies, constable of Everton apprehended John Page under a warrant on 26 September 1835 at Potton. James Almond of Potton indicted for riot and rescuing John Page from custody. William Baines of Potton indicted for refusing to aid and assist John Jefferies the constable. Plea each not guilty. Verdict each not guilty.
