to be settled to raise 1,800 pa have in own proper estate in London, Abbotsley (Hunts), Radwell, the advaison of William (after Wollaston Pym is presented) Francis's land at Lidlington, Linslade and Leasehold title at St Albans and his own personal money

"Norton's extreamly improveable" esp if whole parish could be got into Francis's hands; up to 300 pa he estimates
