Detailed breakdown of annual value of estates at Girtford, Sandy, Lt Staughton, Holwell, Hardwicke, Calcott and Norton, Harpenden (a moiety) Freehold tithes at St Albans (a moiety) in Beds, Hunts and Herts to be settled to raise 1,800 pa have in own proper estate in London, Abbotsley (Hunts), Radwell, the advaison of William (after Wollaston Pym is presented) Francis's land at Lidlington, Linslade and Leasehold title at St Albans and his own personal money details recoveries to be levied refers to 3 acres of meadow at Linslade Bucks (left by grandfather's will) "Norton's extreamly improveable" esp if whole parish could be got into Francis's hands; up to 300 pa he estimates should buy more land at Sandy; will be power in Marriage Settlement to sell part of settled estate to purchase land in lieu of them note on Margin of first page purchases of fee farm rents at Lt Staughton; lands in Girtford and Hasells30 December 1786 Note of purchase of Richard Bishop's meadow called The Shadwalls Oct 1787
