To "" my trusty friends "", brother John Paine of Cranfield, gentleman, and nephew William Foster of the same. yeoman, copyhold cottages in Tartlett End, Cranfield, occupied by herself, Ann Roberts and Mary Page, in trust to pay out of the rents 2/- per week to
nephew John Berrill, and remainder to nieces Mary Paine Atterbury and Ann Osborn; at death of John Berril money to bring up his children until 21 years, then cottages to be sold; money from sale to John Berrill's children.
Monetary bequests to sister Susanna Foster, niece Ann Paine, nephew John Berrill, nephew William Paine, sons of sister Temprance Berrill, Elizabeth Arms, servant, also "" 2 common gowns and petticoats "", and to executors.
Remainder of personal estate to nephews and nieces:- John and Francis Paine, Mary Crouch, Elizabeth Tideman, Ann and Martha Paine, the children of her late brother William Paine of Lidlington; Mary Paine Atterbury, Ann Osborn, William Paine Berrill and John
Berrill, the children of her late sister Temprance Berrill of Cranfield; William, John and Joseph Foster, Rebecca Goodman
and Mary Foster, children of sister Susanna Foster of Cranfield.
To children of brother William Paine, wearing apparel, bed and table linen.

To niece Martha Paine, 6 silver teaspoons.
To Mary Paine Atterbury and Ann Osborn the furniture in the best parlour, bedstead and curtains, featherbed and linen, ring
and earrings, best china teacups and saucers and punch bowl.
To Ann Osborn, 6 silver teaspoons, sugar tongs and cream jug marked with name.
To nephew John Berrill, half headed bedstead, featherbed etc., the corner cupboard in the best parlour and what it contains, the
furniture in the little parlour, and the clock and watch.
To Rebecca Goodman, silver pepper castor and 6 silver teaspoons.
To Mary Foster, punch ladle.
To each of nephews, a silver tablespoon.
Remainder to sister Susanna Foster.
