Estate at Caldecot, Cambridgeshire, in the occupation of Richard Papworth, to daughter Sarah at marriage or coming of age. £350 each to Dixie and Thomas Gregory at 21 years. To wife, rents and profits of estate at Caldecot and interest on legacies for maintainence and education. Remainder to sister Mary Shaw for life then to her heirs. Executrix: wife Sarah.
