    Reciting will of William Skilliter dated 31 Dec 1866. He died on 19 June 1867 and his will was proved (PPR) on 20 Aug 1867 by Joseph and John Usher, the executors. Real estate devised to said Joseph and John as tenants in common subject to life interest of Elizabeth Skilliter, widow of William, and charged with annuity to Susan Anthony for life with remainder to her children over 21. Elizabeth Skilliter died on 23 September 1873. Susan Anthony died on 28 February 1900 having had 6 children of whom 4 attained 21 - William Bennett, George Palmer, Frank and Alfred Ernest. By deed of 16 May 1904 W B Anthony conveyed his 1/4 share to Annie Mabel Anthony. Various other transactions in the property recited and the deaths of various people entitled to it, etc. Now ii) being entitled as tenants in common to one undivided moiety of the property have requested i) to assign such moiety to them in satisfaction of the trusts for sale. Schedule of property: - 8 acres 1 rood 35 poles arable, with frontage to Cottage Road, Sandy, near Girtford Railway crossing, in occupation of Frank Odell - 2 acres 1 rood and 27 poles arable adjacent to above - 2 acres 34 poles arable adjacent to above - 13 acres 1 rood 9 poles arable having a frontage on the east to Middlefield Road, and Known as Lowlands Field - 4 acres 2 roods 35 poles in Stonehill Field with frontage on east of 220 ft onto the Great North Road - 2 acres 1 rood and 19 poles arable in Stonehill Field with frontage on east to Great North Road (190ft) - 97 High Street, Blunham (1 rood 36½ poles), now in occupation of W Dawson Not signed or witnessed.
