- Scope and ContentReciting will of John Usher and mentioning his daughter, Annie Elizabeth Usher (who died on 17 March 1929 without having been married), with summary of its provisions, by which estate was eventually held in trust for A E Anthony. Under will of the said Alfred E Anthony and the events which have happened his residuary estate is divisible equally between the beneficiaries, who have requested the trustees to convey to them in the execution of the trusts contained in the will of the said John Usher the premises in the 1st Schedule, in lieu of exercising in respect thereof the trust for sale upon which the same are held under the said will. Now i) conveys to ii) property in 1st Schedule to hold as joint tenants discharged from the trusts in the will of John Usher. 1st Schedule - part 1: 21 acres 3 roods 26 poles in Blunham called Brick Hill field, and land adjoining on which farm buildings have been erected, both in occupation of S G Rawlins, and apporached from High Street, Blunham 1st schedule - part 2: 5 cottages, nos 79, 81, 83, 85 and 89 High Street, Blunham 1st Schedule - part 3: piece of pasture in Blunham (4 acres 2 roods 17 poles), north-west road to Blunham, south or south-west other property late of John Usher, now of Woods and Surridge. 2nd and 3rd Schedules - various deeds.
