    Reciting death of John Usher on 5 Nov 1904, and that he had been admitted tenant to below-mentioned copyhold premises on 1 November 1869 under will of William Skilleter, deceased. Also reciting death of Elizabeth Skilleter, widow of said William, on 23 Sept 1873. John Usher, by his will dated 17 Feb 1890 and proved (PPR) on 16 Feb 1905, appointed Alfred Ernest Anthony, Bedford, architect, Edward Thurlow Leeds Smith, Sandy, solicitor, as executors and trustees. After specific bequests and devise of a dwelling house at Bedford, all the residue of estate went to trustees on various trusts. Now A E Anthony and E T Leeds Smith are admitted tenants to moiety of copyhold property of which William Skilleter died possessed: - cottage and shop rin Blunham (1 acre) formerly in occupation of William George Chanin and now of Walter Dawson - piece ground (35 poles) lying in Down Field, now in occupation of Frank Odell north private road east formerly Thomas Denniss and now of - south formerly Mary Eyre and now of - west formerly Thomas Denniss and now of - to which said William Skilleter was admitted tenant on 10 Nov 1838 -land in City Field (3 acres 4 poles) in occupation of George Rawlins and Charles William Rawlins north formerly Rev Martyn Mayle and of Frank Davison and others east public road from Blunham to Mogerhanger south Baron Lucas west William Farr and now of Mrs Mary Ann Underwood to which premises William Skilleter was admitted tenant on 24 Dec 1850.
