Now in consideration of £250 paid to i) by iii) at req of ii), and of £30 paid by iii) to ii), ii) grants to iii): - 5 cottages and gardens in Blunham in occupation of Ann Jeeves, - Giggle, William Daniels, Benjamin Thomason and George Vines north (part) late William Tatman, now Frederick W Sharpe north (other part) formerly Isaac Reed, late of Messrs Powers and now of Messrs Simpson north (remaining part) road leading into Village street south (part) said road south (remaining part) iii) east (part) village street east (other part) formerly ii), late Joseph Marsh, deceased, and now of iii) west (part) formerly ii), late Benjamin Litchfield, and now iii) - right of way over road [running from village street between the various properties] as on plan on deed - use of pump and well at north-eastern extremity of said road Freed from above mortgage.
