Robert Crofts to John White at direction of John Bulstrode, with consent of William Willis, subject to redemption by William Willis at £100 within six months after the death of Elizabeth Kitchener. On 20 October 1732, John White assigned the mortgage to Robert Crofts and John White purchased the right and title from John Bulstrode for £55.
