Recites GA662. -- Freehold messuage in Up End, Kempston, abutting north messuage formerly of Richard Newold and south, messuage and land late of Nicholas Waddop and John Woodward; freehold cottage formerly occupied by Agnes Miles alias Foster, widow in Up End; 38 acres of land, 4 acres meadow, 6 acres of pasture in the town fields and bounds of Kempston and Elstow, which messuage and lands were formerly John and Margaret Crawley's. 5 roods of land in Broad roods, Kempston, abutting west land late of Samuel Marriot, in Mear furlong abutting east late of John Amps, and in Block furlong, abutting west late of William Babington, which were late in occupance of Henry Taylor.
