Scarborough and Robert Courtman's; messuage called Knevit's and a close and 10 acres of land and 3 roods of meadow in East End, Kempston; part of a messuage called Knevit's of Keyshoe's, late of Alexander Leith clerk deceased, to the use of Philip Oddy and wife Grace. On death of Philip Oddy, son Philip was admitted, and he surrendered to Edward Billet of Eynesbury gentleman. Recovery by Stephen White against Edward Billet, vouchee Emerson Plumpton. Surrender by Stephen White to the use of Philip Oddy the son. -- 3 messuages, 150 acres of land, 20 acres of pasture, 20 acres of meadow and common of pasture.
