(i) Robert Battams of Wolverton, Buckinghamshire, farmer and grazier, William Battams of Turvey farmer and grazier and William Battams of Little Linford, Buckinghamshire, farmer and grazier.
(ii) George Battams of Hardingstone, Northamptonshire, farmer and grazier.
(iii) John Garrard of Olney, gentleman (a trustee.)
(Recites will of Thomas Battame of Turvey gentleman, 25 February, 1818, appointing parties of (i) executors, and devising all estate real and personal to them, upon certain trusts.)
William Battams of Little Linford nephew, has declined to under-take executorship, and George Battams is appointed in his place.
The remaining executors assign the real estate to George Battams upon certain trusts laid down in the will. The personal estate to John Garrard on trust.
