recited that Elizabeth Kingsley of Hasell Hall, widow, by will 19 Aug 1760 devised to granddaughters Elizabeth and Catharine and to such younger grandsons as should not be presented to Willian (Francis or Wollaston) £500 each at 21; and directed executors, Henry Carter of Charlton Abbots, Gloucestershire, esquire, and William Pym of Radwell esquire (children’s father) to invest money accordingly; this was done 30 April 1762 (see PM1936-1937);
Elizabeth Pym died infant; Catharine Pym was paid 1773;
Henry Carter died 22 December 1778 and Elizabeth Carter, spinster, his sister has taken his place;
