Executors son William Swannell and son in law Thomas Nicholas Heygate. To son William all freehold estate of Radwell. To wife Ann, annuity of £50 so long as she resides with William if she does not an annuity of £100. To daughter Mary Ann Heygate £2000. To daughter Lucy Swannell, £1000. To son William and to Thomas Heygate £1000 to be invested and interest to be paid to Lucy. To son Willliam all right and interest in real estate. Wife Ann is at liberty to remove any of the household goods she may choose, if she does not continue to reside with William. Codicil 21 July 1862, to effect that since he has given Thomas and Mary Heygate £1000, Mary's share is now to be £1000, instead of £2000.
