    Recites: Appointment, release and assignment as in BS 1831/2, 29,30 April 1811, and as therein recited; BS 1831/3; BS 1831/4: That Nicholas Waterhouse has contracted to purchase the estates recited, free from all incumbrances, for £10,600; That John Johnson died 26 February last leaving will dated 22 December 1812, proved 15 March 1813; That no devise having been made of the estates in question they became vested in Charles Johnson, of South Stoke, near Bath, Somerset; That the principal sums of £3070 15s and £1429 5s still remain due, the interest having been duly paid; That the said sums are to be paid by Nicholas Waterhouse out of the purchase money, the said £10,600; That William Chippendale should assign the said residue of the term of 200 years to Robert Cooke upon trusts hereinafter declared; That Nicholas Waterhouse is to pay Francis Johnson [(i) in BS 1831/4] a further sum of £6100, the residue of the purchase money, £10,600.
