    Recites: BS 1794 and BS 1795 'and certain other indentures'; BS 1799; BS 1822; BS 1801; 24 March 1732, charging 'the said mortgaged hereditaments and premises' with a further £100 (see also BS 1804); BS 1806, reciting: That William Knight had agreed to purchase (among others) the 'premises in the hereinbefore indentures of Mortgage comprised' for the sum of £470; BS 1801; 4 August 1787, as recited in BS 1810; BS 1810, reciting: That there was now owing the sum of £415 to Richard Farnell on the last recited mortgage; and that William Pagett had agreed to purchase for £550 the premises therein recited, being part of the premises comprised in the Mortgage of 4 August 1787; BS 1810, Indosement; 'Divers Conveyances and Assurances and other Acts, etc' and ultimately; BS 1817; BS 1824. - A Public House called the Plough, with outbuildings, gardens and appurtenances now in the occupation of John Swayles but on lease to Messrs Nash and Son; - A cottage with two gardens and appurtenances adjoining the public house, in the occupation of Samuel Faulkes; - One pightle adjoining (1 acre); All formerly Brayes Farm with Home Close and lands as in BS 1810.
