Essex, west, the common way to Samwell; messuage in Felmersham occupied by John Lord, adjoining north and east orchard of Mrs Bletsoe; Messuage in Felmersham, with 1 acre of land adjoining, occupied by Thomas Allen, abutting south the common street, east Lees Alley, north Corn close and west tenancy of Nathaniel Wood.
