    John Usher, deceased, by his will devised all his messuages etc and real estate in Blunham to i), his eldest son, subject to repayment of mortgages, and also subject to payment (at end of 12 months) of the following legacies: £1000 to i) and ii) in trust for sister Eliza, and £1150 to ii). Legacy to ii) has been paid, but not Eliza's. i) has agreed to sell to ii) 27 acres 1 rood 31 poles at price of £1700. Now in consideration of £1150 pd to ii) by i), which ii) acknowledges to be in full payment of legacy, i) has released all rights he might have in real estate in Blunham. Also iii) release any interest thay may have in the lands contracted to be sold to ii), namely: - 2 pieces copyhold land in North Field in Blunham, formerly in one piece (24 acres 3 roods 7 poles) in occupation of i) to which he was admitted at a court held for the St John's College Manor on 9 June 1828; - 2 pieces copyhold land in North Field in Blunham (2 acres 2 roods 24 poles) also in occupation of i) to which he was admitted tenant on 25 Aug 1829; to intent that said lands be freed from payment of legacy of £1000. To secure payment of said legacy of £1000, i) with consent of ii) and iii) declare that the property not sold to ii) shall be chargeable with the payment of the whole of the said legacy, in trust for Eliza.
