- Scope and ContentDavid Elston: he slept in a room at Mr Williamsons on the Saturday night. His brother, William Smith and the prisoner slept in the same room. On Sunday morning about 4am he missed his knife from his trouser pocket. He was shown a knife by Sergeant Beach which he identified as his knife. Sergeant William Beach: he apprehended the prisoner at Huntingdonshire. He took the knife from the prisoners waistcoat pocket.
