i) Edward Williams of Stepney, gentleman, Esther Scrivener of Stepney, spinster, daughter of Elizabeth, late wife of Edward Williams, by her former husband, Benjamin Scrivener;
ii) Thomas Harrison of the Middle Temple, gentleman, son and heir of Joseph, late of Middlesex, distiller, and brother and heir of Joseph junior, merchant, deceased;
recites:-
will of Benjamin Scrivener, 1679, left daughter £500 at age 21, with another £500 at wife’s discretion; also plate;
marriage settlement of Edward Williams and Elizabeth Scrivener, 1681, (property in Pulloxhill);
Instead of money and plate, as above, Edward Williams will transfer to Esther property in Pulloxhill to the value of £800;
Thomas Harrison will assure to Esther £80 per annum from 16 messuages in Aldgate and 2 messuages in Priest Alley and 3 messuages in Pudding Lane;
