- Scope and ContentDetails given: - As recited on dorse of BS 1810; - That John Hele died intestate as to his real estate in 1806, leaving Reverend Robert Hele Selby Hele his heir at law; - Reverend Robert Hele Selby Hele agreed to the absolute purchase of the property recited by George Chalmer of Westcombe House, Somerset, esquire, for £1368, 9 June 1811; - George Chalmer assigned his right of purchase to Francis Johnson and Ambrose Charles, and Francis Johnson agreed with Ambrose Charles to become the sole purchaser, 6 September 1811.
