- Scope and ContentAdditional Security: - A messuage or cottage in a place called Capons End in Colmworth, with a close of pasture near adjoining called Home Close (3 acres) between the messuage and close of Richard Stringar east, the common lane west. - Neither Close (1 1/2 acres), between last mentioned east and close of Richard Hillersden, esquire, west, the pightle or pasture called Hills Close (1 acre) in Capons End next the highway east and Robert Nott west, on Robert Ives north and Sayer south, now in the occupation of Richard Fisher. - 11 selions and a baulk (1 acre) in the field called Backside, abutting north on Sayer, west on Bell, south on Spencer, east on Thomas Fisher. - 6 selions and a headland (1 acre) lying together in the same field, Mrs Robinson south and Thomas Fisher east and west and against Mr Taylor, all in the occupation of Richard Fisher and purchased by him of John Penn, gentleman, by indentures of 23,24 September 1710.
