I ... being sick in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be given therefore to Almighty God do make and ordaine this my present last will and testament in manner and forme following ...'. To his eldest son Edward Eastwell: all his estate in Bolnhurst, at 21 years; in default, to his son Lebbens; in default, to his brother Robert Eastwell of Wilden. To his son Lebbens: £100 and a cottage in Colmworth Church End, at 21 years; in default, to Edward; in default, to Robert. If his wife Jane marry again after his decease 'she shall forthwith goe and speedily depart out of my said house and estate in Bolnhurst'. If Edward die before the age of 21 years, Lebbens to have all his estate in Bolnhurst at 21; in default, his brother Robert.
