to wife Mary for life or widowhood all messuages and lands, freehold and copyhold, in Sandy and Girtford; allowing daughter Ann to live with her, and paying her 2s..6d weekly; then to trustees (James Underwood of Potton, gentleman, and John Leach of Harrowden, yeoman,) to sell and therewith discharge note of hand for £50 to son William Knott;
residue to be divided between sons John and James and daughter Ann;
