to grandson William Ibbs 1s;
to daughter Martha, wife of Randall Leach of Sandy, gentleman, cottage and garden in Sandy wherein Leach dwells; 2 small cottages belonging to same in Occupation Matthew Keep and George Stubbins; ½ acre garden in Long Swadon, Sandy; all purchased of Sarah Drable, widow; then to grandson Randall;
to wife Ann annuity of £20; bed in own bedroom with bedding and furniture, chest of drawers, table, looking glass, 4 pairs good sheets, tea kettle, one set of blue and white china, 6 silver teaspoons, 1 tea set;
to grandson William Knott (eldest son of son James and Mary) watch;
to son James, executor, cottage in Sandy wherein testator dwells, and 20 acres in the common fields of Sandy in James’ occupation; and 12 acres in occupation brother John Sollis (late purchased of father-in-law John Sollis senior)also 2 cottages in Blunham in occupation William Huckle, baker, and Edward Dixon, purchased of said John Sollis senior; also 3 roods in Chester Field, in occupation James Knott; purchased William Bromsel and Christopher Whittamore; also 1 acre in Long Swadon given to former wife Elizabeth by father Richard Richardson, also in occupation James Knott;
