The Churchwardens & Overseers of the parish of Kirkby in Ashfield in Nottingham (appellants) vs The Churchwardens & Overseers of the parish of Biggleswade (respondents). With regard to the appeal for the removal of Evelyn Todd and her 4 children from the parish of Biggleswade where they were inhabiting having not made settlement there and being chargeable to the parish of Kirkby in Ashfield. It is ordered that the appeal be dismissed and the appellants do forthwith pay the respondents the sum of £52 10s 0d which the court awards to the respondents as reasonable costs in their appeal.
