    Devises the manor of Broughton, Huntingdonshire, (fully described) in which Lady St. John had a life interest, under a settlement made by her mother, Lady Crowley, of Westminster, widow of Sir Ambrose Crowley, to daughter's Elizabeth, Jane, Barbara, and Lettice, and in default of their heirs, to son Ambrose. Small bequests to son John, Lord St. John, Lady Susanna St. John, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, Thomas Drax, esq., daughter Mary, his wife, son St. Andrew, and his wife, son-in-law Robert Cotton Trefusis, esq., and daughter Ann, his wife, brother-in-law, Henry St. John, daughters Elisabeth and Jane. London property to trustees for use of daughter's, who were each to have £1000 upon marriage. Witnesses: Elizabeth Livesay, John Davison, John Walles (?). Endorsed with 3 codicils 1704-5, of whichone refers to marriage of daughter Barbara. Endorsed also with statement "" This is not a copy of Lady St. John's will or codicils.""
