(i) John Lane, doctor of physic, late of Hitchin, now of Warden, Bedfordshire, and Martha, his wife, (one of the executrixes of Sir William Smith, of Warden, deceased).
(ii) Ann King, spinster, of Newport Pagnall, Buckinghamshire.
Florentia King, spinster, and Francis King, spinster, of Quality Court, Chancery Lane, London; (3 legatees of the will of Sir William Smith.)
(iii) Edward Radcliffe, esq., of London;
John Hurst, gentleman, of Newport Pagnall, and Dorothy, his wife, (executrix and legatee of said will.)
Recites Will, by which Sir William Smith's personal estate was to be halved, one half to be divided between Dorothy Hurst, Ann, Florentia and Francis King, (these being the daughters of his cousin, John King,) the other half ""to be put out at interest"", which was to benefit Martha ""niece Lane"", until her death, when it was to go to the four sisters.
Declares that the money amounting to £988.8.7d. has been divided, shared, and invested.
